| Bitcoins are a digital currency as such they exist only in a series of keys and addresses. The Bitcoin community wanted to have a physical item to touch, feel and spark up conversation thus the physical Bitcoin was born. | |
| 3) | What is the Mode One coin option? |
| We offer the same coin in three different ways. It all depends on what you are planning on doing with your coin.
Mode One: This is the most preferred option for customers who one day intended to resell the coin. The coins private key is generated by Infinitum and hidden behind a hologram sticker the public address is visible via a transparent window. This option includes two certificates, first the "Certificate of Coin Authenticity" confirming the coins number, materials, mintage, and other manufacture details, the second is the "Certificate of Bitcoin Wallet Authenticity" this will have the identical public address and barcode as the coin proving that the wallet was generated and installed by the manufacturer, infinitum. | 4) | What is the Mode Two coin option? |
| Mode Two: This mode is for experienced people who wish generate their own public address and private key then place them behind the hologram sticker. This mode comes with three (3) hologram stickers and only one certificate which is the "Certificate of Coin Authenticity". This mode is intended for people who plan on keeping the coin in their private collection, selling the coin with the remaining hologram stickers retains the coins value. | |

Sending funds is as normal i.e. sending to the public address. When funds are to be extracted from the coins address, peel of the hologram sticker and decrypt the encrypted public key using the same password that was used to generate the intermediate code at the start of the process. This will leave a private key which can be imported into any wallet. This option comes two certificates "Certificate of Coin Authenticity" confirming the coins number, materials, mintage, and other manufacture details. The second is the "Certificate of Two Factor Bitcoin Wallet Authenticity" this will have the identical public address and barcode as the coin proving that the wallet was installed by the manufacturer, infinitum. It also has the text "Password required". Important: Without the password the private key can never be recovered. This is intended for advanced users who may wish to resell the coin in the future but understand that password must be given to the new owner at the same time. | When it comes to generating the public address and private keys we have a strict process which involves a minimum of two people and after printing direct implantation of the address and private key onto the customer’s coin. | 7) | I lost my Certificate of Bitcoin Wallet Authenticity, how can I prove that public address was generated by Infinitum? |

We have two ways an online check and request a new certificate. We publish a list of public address that have been used by Infinitum on this page [www.infinitumbitcoins.com/ verify_address] This page will be live in May 2015. This page will be updated with address as we ship coins to customers if at any time in the future you wish to verify that an address was generated by Infinitum then this page will guide you. If you wish to have a replacement certificate we can reproduce one using the original address that the coin was shipped with, please do not ask us to generate replacement certificates if the public address is not the original public address which was supplied with the coin. The charge for a replacement certificate is USD 75 including international postage, to make a request send an email to [email protected] with your request and coin number. |

| 8) | What is the delivery time? |
| We offer same day shipping this means that your coins will be numbered packed and shipped to our international courier the same day you place the order. You will be sent the tracking ID to track the parcel online.
Same day is during Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm GMT. Your order must be placed before 4pm to allow us time to number and ship the coins. If your coin is purchased outside of this time it will naturally be shipped in the following morning. | 12) | How to confidently sell a BIP38 Two Factor Infinitum physical Bitcoin? |

BIP38 Two factor authentications provide the highest level of security for your physical Bitcoin, for two reasons.
Reason 1) Infinitum, the manufacture does not know the password needed to decrypt the encrypted private key. Reason 2) the customer does not know the encrypted public key, which is hidden behind a tamper proof security hologram. Should the time come when you decide to sell your Infinitum physical Bitcoin some concerns may arise from the buyers? As a password is required to decrypt the private key, how can one convince the buyer that the correct password has been given? The answer to this is in the BIP38 two factor encryption process itself. When you first started with the BIP38 process an Intermediate Code was created using a password, this intermediate code was later used by Infinitum to generate a Public Address, Encrypted Private Key and a Confirmation Code. The confirmation code was sent to you in an email by Infinitum bitcoins. So you could check and be sure that Infinitum used your intermediate code to generate the public address and encrypted private keys. The Confirmation Code is used to verify password Step 1) Goto bit2factor Step 2) Open the third option ‘Verify Confirmation Code’ Step 3) Enter in the password and the ‘Confirmation Code’ Step 4) Correct password is entered then the ‘Public Address’ that is presented on the website is the same as the physical coins address. Proving the correct password has been shared with the buyer. Meaning one can safely sell and purchase two factor authentication bitcoins with a high degree of confidence knowing that it is possible to check the password without interfering with the coins hologram security. |
