Any item valued over CAN$20 is subject to duty and tax fees and a $9.95 handling fee to Canadian Customs.

Other International Countries: We are in talks with many different crypto merchandise companies in Europe to act as resellers of our merchandise. This is to help ease your burden in high shipping costs, slow shipping times and dealing with customs. We are currently only selling to the United States and Canada. If you have to have our merchandise before we have resellers, we can ship to you but you will be responsible for paying your countries VAT tax and dealing with customs. The shipping cost is also quite high. Send us an email if you want to talk to us about this.

Real Crypto Limited and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. ​

If you pay in cryptocurrency and receive a refund, you will be reimbursed in US dollars due to the ever fluctuating rate of cryptocurrency prices.

All items must be in their original condition. If they came with tags or other items, they must still be affixed to the item when they are returned. If the package came with free swag (not to include the Satoshi’s Enigma cards), that is yours to keep.

If you receive a refund, you will not be reimbursed the return shipping charges. We don’t charge you restocking fees or any other nonsense but you need to pay to get the item back to us.

Satoshi’s Enigma cards must be returned with your return order if you want a refund. If you take ownership of the Satoshi’s Enigma digital asset, you waive your right to a return. This is to stop people from attempting to scam us by getting cards without purchasing items from us. You agree to this statement and all statements contained herein when you checkout. If you are only asking for a return on a small item or a partial order, Real Crypto Limited reserves the right to change the above statement on a case by case basis.

In the rare instance a return is necessary the guidelines below will affect the return.

All returned merchandise must have a return material authorization number (RMA) issued by Real Crypto prior to return. Goods returned with an RMA must be in original condition. Packaging, all contents and documentation must be present to include any Satoshi’s Enigma card. Items returned without an RMA number will be returned at the shipper’s expense if we can’t determine what order this package originated from. We will take back defective products within 30 days (does not include Ledger Products)

Coins, clothing and accessories and coin holders: If you received the wrong item, call or email us and we will get you the correct item as soon as we receive the incorrect one. If the item is damaged in transit, take pictures to show us and we will take care of it. If the coins are in original condition, you can receive a refund for the coin but not for the shipping and $4 for the cost of the holograms if you are within the 30 day return window.

Electronic Cold Storage Wallets: If the packaging was opened, we cannot accept it as a return. If you want to return it because you are having problems operating the device, check our media section for a step by step guide to get you running. If you’re still having problems, email us and we will be glad to help you. If the device is defective or broken, contact the manufacturer and they will take care of it. If they give you problems, let us know and we can email them to help you out. If the item is unopened, we will take it back and issue a refund minus the shipping charges if it was purchased less than 30 days from the purchase date.

Artwork: Due to the nature of first edition artwork, we cannot accept returns. If the item was damaged in transit, immediately send pictures to us and we will contact the carrier to claim insurance on the item. Depending on the level of damage, you will either be reimbursed in whole or the item will be repaired to original condition if that is possible.

If someone gets a hold of your coin and takes off the hologram, they own your private keys to this wallet if it hasn’t been encrypted via BIP38. We recommend fully deleting your private keys from your computer after you have finished making the cold storage wallet. Real Crypto has no liability for your lost, stolen or hacked private keys. These instructions are here to help you stay safe but we make no guarantee that this will prevent hackers from obtaining your private keys. By making a cold storage wallet on a computer that has or will ever be connected to the internet, you must accept a level of risk that your private keys could be compromised. We strongly suggest you make a wallet on a newly wiped computer or one that has and never will be connected to the internet.

Real Crypto Limited and it’s associates are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen private keys containing your crypto currencies. It is your responsibility to make sure your computer is secured, not infected with any virus and your physical coins or storage device are unable to be stolen. If you have lost or had anything stolen, contact your local police and file a report.

All items purchased from Real Crypto Limited are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the carrier loses or damages the item, we will work with you to help in the process but we are not responsible for loss or damage of the item. Satoshi’s Enigma cards will not be able to be replaced if your shipment was lost. You will however still be able to claim the digital asset.

If a product offered by Real Crypto Limited itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within the return window.
