I am very pleased to announce that we are resuming Bitcoin as a payment option for our products as of today! Additionally, I will be working on setting up an automated payment system to accept other cryptos as payment in the immanent future.

January 10th, 2014: New Product Lines Update

Now accepting down payment for preorder reservations for the 4 new lines of 1 Troy Ounce, .999 Fine Silver Crypto-Proofs slated for Q1 of 2014! Each is a limited inaugural batch of only 50 proofs and is estimated to be ready to ship in 6 weeks. Reservations require a down payment of 25%. The remaining 75% is due when the proofs are ready to ship.

January 8th, 2014: New Product Lines Update

Preorder is now open and available for new proof lines for Q1 of 2014. These will be inaugural batches of only 50 proofs in each batch made of 1 Troy Ounce of .999 Fine Silver. Each comes with a custom stamped leatherette presentation case, a plastic protective capsule, paper sleeve for the leatherette, private key hidden behind a hologram sticker and a Finite By Design embossed Certificate of Authenticity commemorating it as “Batch 1 – x of 50” and also showing the customer fundable, associated wallet address. The proof lines include:

50 of Batch 1 “1/10th Bitcoin” Proofs
50 of Batch 1 “1 Litecoin” Proofs
50 of Batch 1 “10 Namecoins” Proofs
50 of Batch 1 “50 Worldcoins” Proofs

A downpayment of 25% is required for reservations with the remaining 75% due when the proofs are ready for shipment (estimated at 6 weeks). When checking out, be sure to enter the coupon code “PREORDER” so that you are only charged for 25% at this time and also specify the number(s) you are requesting (i.e. “x of 50”).

January 7th, 2014: New Product Line Update

We are pleased to introduce certified Crypto-Cards – Finite By Design’s version of paper wallets. These cards are designed for “cold storage” of your cryptos or as a medium for gifting cryptos to others. Each Crypto-Card is printed on 30 mil pvc cards (credit card size) and displays the wallet’s address on the front and has the private key for redemption of funds hidden behind a tamper-resistant hologram sticker on the reverse side. The private key is never exposed online and is printed on a dumb printer once generated and immediately inserted behind the hologram sticker with any residual copies immediately destroyed. I am the only one that ever sees the private keys and I am extremely cautious to secure, as to allow longevity to my business model. Please see outline of private key generation process here:

Due to some gray areas in current US legislation, f*D is making the following changes until further notice.

Payment is only accepted via PayPal through the website
Loading of crypto to the proofs must be done by the customer and can be confirmed and communicated by searching the associated address of the proof on the respective block explorer
Pricing has been adjusted on the website to align with the new policies and also I have added some end of the year bulk purchase discount pricing
